FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ALL ORDERS!!
Original Paintings are in stock and ship out within 48 hours from the Hunter Valley, Australia. Small Prints are printed by the artist using the finest archival materials and are printed on demand to avoid waste products. Please allow 14 days delivery on all small prints. Larger prints and merchandise are fulfilled with a third party and shipped out after the company has fulfilled the order, they have fulfilment centres around the world, and wherever possible it is usually within your country so you get your item/s as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery on all Larger Prints and Merchandise.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following guidelines:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Product: If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will either issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
2. Unwanted or Changed Mind: We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you've had a change of heart or have ordered the wrong item, we will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, the item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Downloadable items: We are unable to offer any refunds for digital downloads once the download has been completed.
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned product, and will be refunded in the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note: any items returned that don't meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
